My name is Scott Lowe and I have been a senior pastor in Colorado since 2008. For over 25 years I have served in a number of other roles including youth pastor, assistant pastor, executive administrator, music director and co-founder of my present church.
I have been married to wife Amy since 1997. We have two amazing kids Davis and Ella! I love theology, sports, great brews and books.
My Leadership Story…
I am originally from Memphis, TN, and a graduate of the University of Memphis as well as Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. I have had the privilege of serving with the following organizations: Restoration Now, Reformed Youth Ministry, and an advisor with Ruminate Magazine.
My story has been one of learning on the job. Learning leadership through successes and failures. Church planting has been my greatest learning ground. It has been said that church planting could be compared to building a 747 in mid-flight. This is also true so often in growing in leadership. The problem many times is that while we are called into a leadership role that emotionally, spiritually and personally drain us because there are no outlets to share and work through our hurts. “Lonely at the top” is not just a phrase.
