Me

I’m Scott

I’m passionate about helping business owners and leaders thrive—both personally and professionally—as they lead their organizations and communities. For nearly 30 years, I served as a pastor, with much of that time focused on church planting and leadership development. I spent over a decade as the senior pastor of a church I helped start in Fort Collins, Colorado, and I’ve had the privilege of serving on several nonprofit boards along the way.

I’m also the co-founder of Restoration Now, a nonprofit dedicated to both local and global development initiatives. In 2019, I followed a long-standing passion by stepping into the world of real estate as a broker and launching my work as a leadership coach. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to walk alongside business owners, nonprofit directors, and pastors, helping them find clarity, purpose, and momentum in their leadership. In 2021, I was honored to be ranked in the top 25% of real estate producers nationally.

I live in Fort Collins with my wife, Amy—we’ve been married for 27 years—and we have two amazing kids in college. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outdoors—mountain biking, road biking, trail running, hiking with Amy, or camping in Steamboat, Colorado. I also love reading, playing guitar, and spending time with our kids when they’re home.
